PETALING JAYA, March 11 -Local film producers, especially those producing local Tamil movies, must emphasize on quality so as to be on par with films from other countries in order to penetrate the international market.

“This local Tamil film ‘Ops Kossa Dappa 3’ is able to introduce the many types of culture to people abroad because it has an array of stars from different races and background. A number of scenes also promote Bahasa Malaysia,” he said.
He added that quality local films would also be able to reduce the dependence on foreign films. The film directed by K. Annan would open at 33 cinemas nationwide on March 14. The two hour movie features actors like Loganathan, Buveni Ann Mayan, Sasikumar, Jasmine Michael, Nilasyah Ravindren, Afdlin Shauki and Amber Chia while Priyanka Kothari and Kadhal Dhandapani are the Bollywood actors featured in the movie.
