Kuala Lumpur – MIC sources said that the case management of the appeal to Federal Court filed by former MIC President Dato Seri G.Palanivel’s faction is scheduled to be heard tomorrow.
The appeal is the final hope of Palanivel’s faction to establish that the decisions of Registrar of Societies (RoS) were beyond their legal powers.
The Federal court is expected to decide tomorrow, the date of hearing of the appeal.
