The US Embassy has advised its citizens to avoid Jalan Alor and nearby areas in Kuala Lumpur after intelligence reports warned of a potential terrorist attacks after Malaysian police arrested ten suspected Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (Isis) members in the past month.
