Kuala Lumpur – Company Secretary S.Nadarajah, who was well known for championing the cause of MAIKA Holdings shareholders, passed away on Monday in Chennai, his family has announced.
S.Nadarajah was in Chennai last week on a business trip. Family sources said he passed away due to health reasons.
Nadarajah was also a lawyer by profession but chose to practice as a Company Secretary. As a pioneer shareholder of MAIKA Holdings Berhad, formed by MIC, Nadarajah worked with some shareholders in raising issues related to the company when the company went into financial trouble.
He was also actively involved in Indian community projects and social work.
The family has also announced that the funeral services would be held on Thursday, 7th January 2016 from 11 am onwards, at his residence No: 378, Jalan 5/54, Petaling Garden, 46000, Petaling Jaya.
Nadarajah would be deeply missed by his wife Pushpa, son Bharathirajaa, daughter Shangkari and mother Madam Pappathi.
He also leaves behind 3 brothers Datuk Dr Pulivendhan, Dr Kumaresan, and Dr Selvamuthu.
