GURUN, March 29- Kedah Barisan Nasional (BN) is upbeat about recapturing Kedah from PAS in the upcoming 13th general election (GE), said its chairman Datuk Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah(Pic). He said feedback from the ground showed the BN would not have much difficulty winning back the seats it lost in the last GE while retaining those already in its hands.
“Kedah BN is raring to go, all the indications are good,” he told reporters after making a visit to the Jerai parliamentary constituency here today.
He added that he expected a 4-0 result in Jerai (BN winning the Jerai parliamentary seat as well as the three state seats under it). Ahmad Bashah added that he would be visiting all the constuencies in the state towards ensuring a resounding victory for the BN in Kedah.
