JUNE 12- Pretty actress Samantha seems to be taking precautionary measures to avoid any illness especially cancer and has taken her final cervical cancer vaccine shot recently.
Not only is she looking after herself but also urging other girls to get vaccinated. Samantha tweeted “Got my final cervical cancer vaccine shot…one less reason to be afraid.. Girls pls make sure u get vaccinated for u and ur family.”
Cervical Cancer kills around 80 thousand women a year in India alone. There has been tremendous awareness programs to make women across India become aware about this, so that women across India can prevent this disease in the early stages itself.
Another actress who bought the women cancer issue into spotlight is the Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie, who got a double mastectomy last month.
