SINGAPORE, Aug 7- Former Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew on Tuesday launched a new book titled “One Man’s View of the World” at the Istana.
Published by the Straits Times Press, the book publishing unit of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) Ltd, the 400-page volume conveys Lee’s views on the future of the major powers and regions of the world.
The team comprised Han Fook Kwang, Zuraidah Ibrahim, Chua Mui Hoong and Elgin Toh, as well as Shashi Jayakumar, an administrative officer on secondment to the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
Lee also gives his views on the global economy and energy and climate change. Lee, who turns 90 in September, also reflects candidly on life and death.
