Chennai, Oct 22- Shreya Ghoshal who has grabbed many hearts with her soothing voice in so many melodious tracks was noticed in double Oscar winner A.R.Rahman’s studio’s yesterday.
It is learnt that she was there to render a song composed by music director D.Iman for the Vijay-Kajal starrer Jilla, which has the Malayalam superstar Mohanlal playing a pivotal role.
The song that was recorded yesterday seems to have recorded on a complete melody track.
The good news for the fans does not stop with this. The one who has rendered the male voice for this romantic number is said to be Vijay himself. The star who occasionally sings in his films has rendered the super hit ‘Vanganna Vanakkanganna’ tuned by G.V.Prakash Kumar previous release Thalaiva.
It is the first time the actor is co-singing with a singer who is as popular as Shreya Goshal and it sure would have been an unique experience for the star. It is worth remembering that Vijay has already sung a song tuned by D.Iman in Tamizhan which was the debut film of the Music director
