Korea, Feb 19- Samsung has launched a new smartphone, the Galaxy Core Advance, in its home market. The Android smartphone is selling for around $390.
The Samsung Galaxy Core Advance was announced in December, 2013.
The Android smartphone comes with a 4.7-inch TFT screen having a resolution of 480X800 pixels. The device boasts of a 5-megapixel rear camera and a front VGA snapper. Powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM, the Galaxy Core Advance runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It comes with 8GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card.
On the connectivity front, it supports 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC.
As announced in December, the new smartphone will come in deep blue and pearl white colours. For now, there is no information about its India launch.
