Kuala Lumpur, March 27- After months of speculation, the new HTC One has finally launched. The new HTC One has come with some notable features.
Its dual-camera rear camera system is the main highlight. The second camera captures depth information that helps in bringing the object into focus. One can bring the foreground or background into focus by mere a click.
The new HTC One comes with pause video recordings feature, where you don’t have to stop recording at all.
It has new slide features to lock, unlock the phone, homescreen and BlinkFeed. Double tap is there to lock and unlock the phone. Slide to right unlocks the BlinkFeed and a left slide unlocks the homescreen.
The product brochure explain the new feautre like this: “Swipe your home screen once for new Facebook posts, Twitter feeds, breaking news, sports scores, and a lot more. If you browse for it online, it’s on your HTC BlinkFeed. Only much easier to find.”
The new HTC One comes with a 5-inch Full HD screen. It is powered by a Snapdragon 801 chipset with a 2.3 GHz Krait 400 processor and 2GB of RAM. It comes in 16GB and 32GB storage variants. There is a microSD card slot that allows expanding the storage up to 128GB. It runs on the Android 4.4 Kit Kat.
Most importantly, the new HTC One (16GB) is available in the US for $649 without contract.
