Kuala Lumpur, 2 May – Malaysia airport authority sprays water at a low cost carrier Malindo Air to celebrate the first aircraft that landed in the newly operated Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) in Sepang.
KLIA2, the world’s largest purpose-built low cost terminal for low cost carriers opens its operation today with the first arrival of a carrier.
After much disputes Air Asia too agreed to relocate their facilities to KLIA by the 9th of May.
The old LCCT airport will cease operations by the 9th of May.
