KUALA LUMPUR, October 4 – Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has appointed Mohd Nadziruddin Mohd Basri as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) in charge of the Restructuring Management Office, effective today.
In filing to Bursa Malaysia, the national carrier said as CRO, Mohd Nadziruddin will report to the Board Restructuring Committee, a sub-committee of the main board of MAS.
“It (the appointment) is as part of the on-going restructuring exercise,”the statement said.
Meanwhile, Mohd Sukri Husin has been appointed Chief Financial Officer/Director of Finance for MAS, effective the same date, it said.
