NEW DELHI, January 5 – The upcoming CES event 2015 event to be held in Las Vegas starting January 6 will be witness to many a technological marvels. Among the many companies vying for your attention at the event, one will be Alcatel OneTouch which is gearing up to have its own booth here and has already given a hint or two of what’s in store.
The company has just announced that it is all set to make a foray into the smartwatch segment with its new offering: the Alcatel OneTouch Watch. The Alcatel OneTouch Watch looks all set to be unveiled at the CES 2015 event, but going by tradition, we have got our hands on a thing or two of what to expect.
For starters, the Alcatel OneTouch Watch won’t burn your pocket as the company has announced that the device will carry a ‘smart price’. An affordable smartwatch might just be what the company needs right now to bounce back in a market that does have some stiff competition. Offerings from counterparts do carry a hefty price tag.
The company has also released a marketing image of the Watch that shows the device in all its glory, and going by the looks of it, it does look pretty. The device boasts of a complete circular design and will carry four different straps.
According to Alcatel OneTouch, the Watch is a combination of both need looks and good hardware, although we have no information regarding its innards as of now. It is expected to come pre-loaded with all the necessary apps to monitor users’ daily activity.
