New Delhi, February 10 – The AAP was running far ahead of the BJP as trends of the Delhi election results trickled in on Tuesday. Till 8.25 am, the AAP was ahead on 18 seats while BJP+ was ahead on 9 seats.
The Congress was ahead on two seats. Counting of votes is taking place in 14 centres amid tight security. The trends are coming in from postal ballots. Votes from EVM units will be counted from 9 am. All top leaders of the BJP and the AAP were leading from their seats.
While Arvind Kejriwal was leading from New Delhi constituency, Kiran Bedi was ahead from Krishna Nagar. BJP’s Jagadish Mukhi and AAP’s Manish Sisodia were also leading from their seats.
