KUALA LUMPUR — Maxis Bhd launched an all-new smartphone leasing programme today called Zerolution360 with the assurance that participation will be worry-free from the get-go after signing up.
Through the Zerolution360 zero-worries phone membership programme, customers get to choose a flagship phone at an affordable monthly fee, a preferred MaxisONE plan without upfront payment or credit card, and a comprehensive protection plan.
The key benefits of the programme are total device protection, immediate one-for-one replacement of lost or damaged phone and free phone upgrade every two years or, for a fee, annually.
“It goes without saying that mobile phones have become our lifeline. So to lose access to our device, under any circumstance, is not an option. Through Zerolution360, we are making the experience and maintenance completely worry-free,” said Maxis head of postpaid, Arjun Varma.
Zerolution360 comes with two coverage plans, the Basic and Premium. In the latter, which costs RM10 extra per month, customers will receive free screen replacement, backup loan phone, a lower fee and express device repair or replacement.
