New Delhi, March 13, 2013- Either he is too pre-occupied or he seems to lack excellence in remembering names of his female actors. That is why he can’t help but refer to Deepika as ‘Ash’. We are talking about filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who has been addressing Deepika Padukone as ‘Ash’ on the sets ofRam Leela.According to a report in a leading tabloid, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who has worked with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in three films is said to have a special professional bonding and shares a wonderful rapport with Ash, is probably the reason behind Bhansali calling Deepika as Ash, albeit mistakenly.
“There have been so many occasions that after a shot Bhansali would say ‘Nice shot Ash’ or ‘Ash, let’s do the next scene like this’ while talking to Deepika,” the tabloid quoted its source as saying.
A niggling doubt that surfaces in our mind is if the filmmaker constantly is comparing Deepika to Aishwarya!
