A man is handcuffed and led by Police at the scene of a shooting at Ingleburn, in Sydney, Australia, 07 March 2016. At least two people, including a gunman, were killed in the suburb during a six-hour stand-off with police.

“Specialist police entered the unit where they located three persons hiding in that unit. Further search of the unit located a male deceased,” police detective Mark Brett said.

A man was killed and two others suffered gunshot wounds earlier Monday during the incident at a signage factory in the south-western Ingleburn neighbourhood.

“The deceased (victim) is 43 years old. Two men with gunshot wounds have been conveyed to Liverpool Hospital,” acting Commander Mark Brett told reporters at the scene.

One other man, described by police as “a person of interest in the investigation,” was arrested.

Police said the shooting was not terrorism-related. Local media said the incident was related to a domestic dispute in the second generation, family-owned business.
