JUNE 28- She may look like someone who crash diets to maintain that hourglass figure… she may look like someone who has a huge friend circle…But leggy lass Deepika Padukone is not into any of those things and follows a different path. In a recent interview to Aajtak, Deepika revealed that she’s highly traditional and a family person in her real life.
On asking if she keeps a watch on her appetite, Deepika said, “I am a big foodie, so much so that I eat in every half an hour. This is the secret of my glowing skin.”
Wow! We must say, looks can really be deceptive. Deepika Padukone, who has been applauded for her spectacular performances in Cocktail and Yeh Jawaani hai Deewani has created a place for herself in Bollywood.
When the Aajtak team asked Deepika about her friend circle and big fan fare and she said, “I have a lot of friends, but my biggest fear is loneliness. I miss my family in Mumbai and my biggest nightmare everyday is to go back home alone.”
When all actors of her age are keeping a vigil eye at Hollywood, Deepika Padukone prefers to continue doing Hindi cinema and calls herself the ‘Bollywood girl’.
From making her debut in Om Shanti Om to joining the bikini brigade in Housefull and now her super success in Yeh Jawaani Hai deewani, Deepika Padukone has come a long way… And she’s definitely here to stay!
