KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 5- The world’s best low-cost airline for five consecutive years, AirAsia Bhd will boost the travel industry in Sarawak with an upcoming travel road show in Miri, Sibu and Kuching.
Head of Commercial Kenny Wong said visitors will be able to enjoy a 20 per cent discount for bookings on all seats and for all flights (domestic and international) for travel period from Oct 1, 2013 until Aug 5, 2014.
The 20 per cent discount is only available at the road show.
“Visitors can take the opportunity to connect from Sarawak to AirAsia’s vast route network,” Wong said in a statement.
Visitors also stand to win lucky draw prizes, AirAsia goodie bags and free flights during the road show.
The road show would also bring the AirAsia brand closer to the local communities in Sarawak which has given it great support, he said.
The road show will be at Bintang Megamall, Miri on Sept 7-8, 2013, Delta Megamall, Sibu on Sept 14-15 and lastly at Plaza Merdeka, Kuching on Sept 28 and 29.
