KUALA LUMPUR, March 20 — Malindo Air, Malaysia’s hybrid airline, says it launched its latest ticketing office last week in Kuala Lumpur for the convenience of urban residents.
In a statement today, the airline said the new storefront is in line with its expansion plan in terms of ticket sales and distribution nationwide and regionally.
Chief Executive Officer Chandran Rama Muthy said the decision to open a new ticketing office in Kuala Lumpur stemmed from demands from frequent travellers and urbanites in the city.
“With the new storefront, we can be assured that our passengers have easier access to our ticketing counters admist the hussle and bustle of the city,” he added.
Malindo Air will be opening more airport ticketing offices in the future to expand its reach to more markets.
The new ticketing office, located at Ground Floor, 2 Lorong Medan Tuanku 1, Off Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, is open from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and between 9 am and 4 pm on weekends.
