PASIR GUDANG, March 6- Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin(Pic) has described the manifesto unveiled by the opposition as an act of deception against the people for making grandiose promises that could cause the country to suffer an eight per cent deficit.
He said the deficit could cause the country to experience severe financial problems resulting in foreign investors losing confidence in the country while the World Bank would label Malaysia a bankrupt country.
Hence, he urged Barisan Nasional members and supporters to enhance their cooperation, bury the hatchet, raise their spirit, and support the candidates nominated to ensure that the opposition would be dealt a heavy blow in the 13th general election.
