Kuala Lumpur, June 23 – The stay order application filed by Dato Seri G.Palanivel and his group against the KL High Court Judgement granted on 15th of June came up for case management today before the Senior Assistant Registrar.
The court fixed July 3rd as the final date for all the parties to file their respective affidavits and fixed July 8 to submit respective written submissions on the case.
The stay application will be heard before the High Court Judge on the 10th of July.
Meanwhile, MIC sources pointed that the Judgement granted on June 15 remains valid and effective as the court has not granted an interim stay on the judgment.
