Guru Dr. Gajendra Panda, a celebrated Odissi dancer from India, is currently visiting Malaysia. He is well-known for his expertise in Odissi and has conducted extensive research on the origins of this dance form. With 50 years of experience in the field, he is now celebrating the 50th anniversary of his dance career. As part of a series of events organized by the Indian High Commission in Kuala Lumpur to commemorate Indian Independence Day, he will present special Odissi dance performances along with his students for Malaysian dance enthusiasts and fans.
