PORT DICKSON — Lt Col (Rtd) Mohd Nazari Mokhtar has been named as PAS’ candidate for the Port Dickson (PD) by-election.
PAS deputy president Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man made the announcement before 200 party supporters here tonight.
Mohd Nazari, 57, is the president of the Army Retirees and Veterans Welfare Club.
Also present were PAS secretary-general Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan, PAS vice president Datuk Iskandar Abdul Samad and Negeri Sembilan PAS commissioner Mustafa Daharun.
Nomination is on Saturday and polling on Oct 13.
