Kuala Lumpur, December 18 (3.00 pm) – Earlier at about 1.30 pm, MIC President Dato Seri G.Palanivel invited Datuk T.Mohan and Dato Seri S.Vel Paari on behalf of the protesters for talks. In that meeting Mohan has apparently told Palanivel that the meeting cannot proceed as it is illegal and against the decision of ROS.
Palanivel said he has taken note of their objections and told them will call them back after 2.00 pm. However, the CWC meeting later proceeded and is currently in progress.
