Breaking-News2New Delhi – India’s Republic TV in an exclusive report announced that the National Investigation Agency of India (NIA) has moved to revoke the Indian Passport of controversial preacher Zakir Naik.

Republic TV also quoted sources confirming that the NIA is moving to initiate “Red Corner notice” with INTERPOL.

Republic TV in their report also drew comparison with Malaysian government’s refusal to allow Vaiko into Malaysia today citing his involvement with Tamil Tigers movement, which is outlawed in Malaysia.

Republic TV said in their report that while Malaysian government has moved to refuse entry to Vaiko on grounds of involvement with Tamil Tigers, they continue to allow free movement for Zakir Naik who has been accorded permanent resident status in Malaysia.
